Locum Commercial Contracts Solicitor (Full Time & Part Time) – Remote – Up to £60 per hour umbrella Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a Local Authority seeking two experienced Commercial Solicitors to join their team on a full‑time and part‑time, remote working basis. Role Overview: Position: 2x Commercial Contracts Solicitors Contract Length: Initial 6 months contract with the possibility for extension Rate: Up to £60 per hour (Umbrella) Key Responsibilities:

Cover a wide range of contracts work, including but not limited to service agreements, grant funding, construction, social care, and estates Provide legal support to the Local Authority and ensure necessary compliance Provide clear and strategic level advice to key stakeholders within the organisation

Requirements:

Public Sector experience is essential Ability to work independently, providing expert legal advice on all commercial matters
