Are you a calm, compassionate, and organised live-in carer looking for a stable placement? Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking a female live-in carer to support a gentle, intelligent gentleman with a C4/5 spinal cord injury who lives with his wife in their peaceful home. We previously supported this lovely family in 2021
they are incredibly kind, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. This is a short-term live-in placement lasting approximately 23 months , beginning as early as 19th December , depending on the clients wifes operation date. About the Role:
Location: SW4, Clapham
excellent transport links, close to local amenities.
Client personality: Quiet, thoughtful, appreciative; values routine and an orderly home.
Daily support: Personal care, continence support, showering, meal prep, household duties, and light support for his wife during her recovery. Household: Non-smoking
No pets
Female applicants preferred due to personal care requirements
Rota & Pay:
Live-in position lasting approx. 23 months
Start date: As early as 19th December
Pay rate: £136.38 per day
Food allowance: Provided and paid for by PHH
Travel allowance: Competitive per placement
A great role for carers seeking a defined, stable, 23 month block of live-in work over the Christmas and New Year period. Live-In Care Responsibilities
Assist with washing, dressing, showering, and personal care
Support continence care, including one night-time pad change
Prepare balanced meals to support weight gain
Maintain a clean, tidy, well-organised home
Provide gentle, minimal support for the clients wife post-operation (approx. 30 mins/day)
Encourage independence and follow a calm, structured routine
Observe and record wellbeing and ensure safety

Driver: Not required Training & Support:
Paragon is a specialist provider of spinal cord injury and complex care. Youll receive full paid training before starting, plus support to get familiar with the care routine. No prior spinal care experience required
