The firm are highly ranked in the Legal 500, acting for a diverse range of national clients. They are currently seeking a skilled and personable Litigator to join the team, working closely with the Head of Department. The Candidate Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues are essential. The role requires prior litigation experience, ideally with exposure to commercial disputes. The Opportunity The team advises on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including:

Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Commercial property disputes Shareholder and partnership disputes Insolvency litigation Professional negligence claims Construction litigation, adjudication, and arbitration Debt recovery
