Litigation Solicitor

Boutique Commercial Law Firm - Henley-on-Thames

We are a specialist boutique commercial law firm based in Henley-on-Thames, seeking a 1-4 years' PQE Solicitor who is keen to build a long-term career in litigation and dispute resolution.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to gain hands-on experience in high-quality, complex disputes, working closely with senior practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of contentious matters, including:

• Commercial Litigation

\n
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

\n
• Mediation and Arbitration

\n
• Business Debt Recovery

\n
• Contractual Disputes (including contracts governed by the law of England & Wales)

\n
• Claims against Directors

\n
• Franchise Disputes

\n
• Injunctions

\n
• Partnership and Shareholder Disputes

\n
• International disputes

Our work regularly involves cross-border matters and clients with interests in:

London, Geneva, Stockholm, Rotterdam, Dubai and Florida.

About You

\n
• 1-4 years' PQE

\n
• A genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution

\n
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills

\n
• Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach

\n
• Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop technical expertise in commercial disputes

Previous exposure to contentious work, ADR, or international matters would be an advantage, but is not essential.
