Overview Our client is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join their busy and supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while continuing to develop and progress your career within the firm. Experience
Contract and commercial disputes Property and landlord/tenant matters Debt recovery and enforcement Employment and professional negligence claims Boundary and neighbour disputes Contentious probate and other general civil litigation work
Qualifications
Managing your own varied caseload from instruction to conclusion Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence Representing clients in negotiations and at hearings Business development experience
