Lighting AV Technical Project Manager

£55,000–£65,000

Borehamwood – 25 mins from Central London

Core Hours Mon–Fri (flexibility required)


Our client is an established live events production company seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead some of their most high-profile and complex technical productions.

In this role, you’ll bring together lighting, sound, video and scenic elements to deliver world-class live experiences for major clients. With strong experience in technical production and creative lighting systems, you'll take ownership of key projects from brief to onsite delivery.


Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams across major live event projects

Interpret client briefs and elevate them with creative and commercially sound solutions

Produce detailed proposals, quotes, equipment specs & technical documentation

Oversee on-site delivery and maintain excellence across all technical departments

Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture

Build strong client relationships and communicate with confidence

Manage resources, budgets, timelines and shifting project requirements


What You Bring

  • Senior-level experience delivering complex technical or lighting-led productions
  • Strong understanding of lighting systems plus good knowledge of audio, video & scenic
  • Confident client communication and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams, juggle multiple projects and maintain exceptional quality
