*What You’ll Be Doing* * Diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs across a range of systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrics etc.) * Servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards * Road testing vehicles, including customer demos where needed * Carrying out vehicle health checks * Speaking directly with customers to explain issues and fixes * Keeping your workspace clean and safe * Supporting the team – we’re all in this together! * CPD – We’ll help you with training & development to allow your career to flourish!
*What We’re Looking For* * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair & minimum of 2 years' practical experience * Experience in a Main Dealer environment * EV / Hybrid training a bonus (we’ll support you if not!) * MOT Tester status? Even better! * Someone who’s positive, honest, takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us * Full UK driving licence (with less than 6 points) * Your own tools and a can-do attitude

*Pay Guide* * *Master Technician *– Up to OTE £40,070 * *Senior / Diagnostic Technician *– Up to OTE £37,886 * *Service Technician *– Up to OTE £35,702 * _*\*\*\* MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITIES ARE UNCAPPED! \*\*\**_ * _*\*\*\* ANNUAL LOYALTY PROFIT SHARE \*\*\**_
*Hours* * *Mon – Fri:* 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 mins unpaid lunch) * *Alternate Saturdays:* 8:30am – 12:30pm
