Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting for a large, independent lift engineering company with a multimillion-pound pipeline of major lift modernisation and new installation projects set to kick off in 2026.This is a high-impact,cradle-to-grave rolefor a commercially driven professional ready tomanage the full sales process from identifying opportunities and conducting surveys to tendering, pricing, and client handover.

Key Responsibilities of a Lift Modernisation Sales Manager:

• Conduct site surveys (lift shafts, control panels, ropes, gears, cars)
• Lead tendering and pricing for modernisation and installation projects
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Liaise with internal design, sales, and project delivery teams
• Oversee project execution, ensuring time, budget & quality targets
• Ensure CDM, health & safety, and industry compliance

Ideal Candidate for this Lift Modernisation Sales Manager role:

• Ex-lift installation or modernisation engineer
• Experienced in full lifecycle sales or project delivery
• Strong surveying and technical diagnostic skills
• Comfortable managing clients and coordinating teams
• Full UK driving licence
