This position focuses on providing practical and educational life skills support to individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI), while working collaboratively with colleagues, carers, and family members to ensure effective outcomes.

Based at Headway House in Credenhill, Hereford, youll work directly with ABI clients, assessing their needs and putting action plans in place, all within a person-centred environment. xbpsjku
