This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how professional development and educational products are distributed and expanded through strategic collaboration. What you'll be doing: Identify and pursue new licensing and partnership opportunities to broaden the reach of professional development offerings.Negotiate and manage licensing agreements, ensuring commercial viability and legal compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with external content providers, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and research teams to align licensing activities with go-to-market plans.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform partnership strategy.Lead the delivery of partnership projects, ensuring quality, timely output, and value for all parties. What we're looking for: Proven experience in licensing or business development ideally in education or professional learning .Familiarity with distribution agreements and intellectual property rights.Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into strategic direction.A collaborative communicator, confident engaging at all levels internally and externally.Commercially savvy, with a clear understanding of revenue growth and opportunity identification.Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
