Key Responsibilities: Support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality learning and care to Early Years pupils.

Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and reduce challenging behaviour.

Promote positive relationships with pupils and their families to ensure consistency between home and school.

Contribute to the development and delivery of individual education plans (IEPs).

Monitor and track children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
