Essential:
Full & relevant
Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
Experience in an Early Years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS
Confident communicator with good IT skills
Positive, proactive and a true team player
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding care and early years education
Support learning in line with the EYFS
Carry out observations & keep records up to date
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities
Act as a Key Person, building strong partnerships with parents
Create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
