Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 2 or above (as well as your English GCSE or Level 2 functional skills) Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus Be a role model to the children and your fellow colleagues
