About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant with Nursery experience to join a supportive and nurturing school community in Lincoln. Starting April 2026, this full‑time temporary role (running until July) involves working closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging early years learning experiences and provide high‑quality support within a caring, child‑centred environment. You’ll help to promote positive learning behaviours, contribute to a creative and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and play a meaningful part in helping every child flourish. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early years education and eager to make a genuine difference in a vibrant school setting.

What you will need:
* Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
* Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working with children in a similar setting in the UK
* A kind, confident, and calm approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
* The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience supporting children with additional needs would be advantageous
* A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
