We are currently supporting a range of nurseries, preschools, and early years settings across Cornwall who are looking to appoint qualified and experienced Level 3 Childcare Practitioners. These are excellent opportunities for individuals who are passionate about early childhood development and committed to delivering high-quality care and education.

About the role: As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS, promoting the wellbeing and progress of every child. You'll work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering planned activities that support children's learning and development

Observing, assessing and tracking children's progress against EYFS milestones

Promoting positive behaviour, safety, and wellbeing at all times

Building professional relationships with parents and carers

Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, hygiene and organisation

We're looking for candidates who:

Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
