About the role:
U-Educate are currently recruiting for Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants for schools based in Birmingham. We have a range of roles available, including general classroom support, 1:1 SEN support, and intervention-based positions.

Responsibilities
Support pupils in their learning across a range of subjects
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, EAL, or behavioural needs
Lead small group interventions and activities
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Contribute to pupil progress tracking and feedback
Requirements
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
Experience working with children in an educational setting
Strong experience supporting pupils with additional needs
Confidence in leading small group sessions and contributing to planning
All candidates must:
Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
Provide professional references
Be reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting childrens education
