We are seeking an in house Legal Counsel, to be the legal officer for our Group, managing day to day legal related operations, responsible for overseeing all internal legal matters and ensuring company complies with relevant laws and regulations. This role involves providing strategic legal guidance, supporting corporate governance, and mitigating risks to protect the organisation's interests. Key Responsibilities: Legal Strategy and Compliance Provide expert legal advice to the senior team on a wide range of legal issues, including legal risk, contracts, regulatory compliance, data protection, intellectual property, M&A and corporate, employment and people, and corporate governance. Ensure the company's activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, internationally.
