This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to take ownership of legal matters and work closely with senior leadership. Role Overview

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including project agreements, collaboration agreements, NDAs, and supply chain contracts). Advising on governance matters and preparing Board documentation. Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and internal policies (GDPR, anti‑bribery, tax compliance). Managing contract administration and maintaining efficient processes. Overseeing intellectual property matters, including assignments and licences. Advising on HR policies and procedures. Handling litigation and dispute resolution as required. Staying up to date with relevant legislation and regulatory changes.

About You

Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE, gained in‑house or in private practice. Strong experience in commercial contracts and ideally some IP. High level of commercial awareness and ability to operate in a regulated environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including at Board level. Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
