About the Role As Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Legal and providing expert legal advice across the business. Your focus will include commercial contracts (such as PPAs and optimisation agreements), corporate matters, M&A, and funding projects. You will also assist with compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities

Lead the legal delivery of commercial projects, including M&A, sales, and funding. Manage legal and contractual due diligence processes. Draft, negotiate, and review PPAs (including cPPAs and RtMPPAs) and optimisation agreements. Provide corporate support, including drafting board notes and minutes. Advise on CfDs, capacity market issues, and other ad hoc agreements. Liaise with external legal providers and internal teams.
