Simmons & Hanbury have been instructed by a top tier global luxury retailer who are seeking a Corporate lawyer to join their excellent team in London. The role will focus on Corporate activities including occasional M&A. Key Responsibilities

Wide variety of Corporate work including potential acquisitions, disposals, integrations and governance. Working closely with the global Corporate team and the UK legal team including existing corporate lawyers to work with and learn from. Potential to take on some broader work. Advisory work at UK and global level.

Experience Requirements

2-4 years' PQE (this is a guide only) Must have Corporate experience gained at a top law firm. Keen to develop an in‑house career at an exciting company.
