What Youll Do Deliver high-quality teaching across Health & Social Care programmes within adult learning provision Support adult learners developing skills and knowledge for careers in health, care, and community services Deliver engaging sessions that blend professional experience with practical, real-world application Prepare learners for employment within the care sector or progression to further study Maintain high standards of safeguarding, assessment, equality, and professional practice Support learners to build confidence, employability skills, and professional behaviours required within the sector What Youll Bring A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 3 or above) Recent and substantial industry experience within health, social care, or related support services Up-to-date knowledge of sector practices, legislation, and care standards Teaching, assessing, or IQA qualifications are welcomed but not essential A passion for developing adult learners and supporting career progression within the care sector Why Become a Health & Social Care Lecturer?
