What We Offer
Salary: Up to £40,814 per year
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Year-Round Employment: No unpaid breaks between contracts

What You’ll Do
* Teach and assess learners across Agriculture programmes at a range of levels
* Deliver engaging practical, workshop, and classroom-based lessons
* Prepare students for employment, apprenticeships, and further study in the agricultural sector
* Support learners to develop practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours
* Maintain safe, well-equipped learning environments in line with industry and health & safety standards
* Contribute to course development and continuous improvement within the department
What You’ll Bring
* A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Agriculture, Land-Based Studies, or a related discipline
* Strong hands-on experience within the agricultural industry
* Broad knowledge of modern agricultural practices, machinery, livestock, crops, or farm management
* Understanding of current industry standards, sustainability, and health & safety requirements
* A passion for developing others and sharing practical knowledge
(Teaching or assessor qualifications are welcome — but not essential. If you don’t yet have one, we’ll support you to gain it while you work.)
