What Youll Do Teach and assess learners across Agriculture and related land-based programmes at a range of levels Deliver engaging, industry-relevant theory and practical sessions in classrooms, workshops, and outdoor settings Prepare learners for careers within agriculture, farming, land management, and rural industries Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professional practice Inspire confidence, practical skills, and professionalism in every learner What Youll Bring Relevant Agriculture or Land-Based qualifications (Level 3 or above) Strong industry experience within agriculture, farming, or rural industries Up-to-date knowledge of agricultural practices, machinery, livestock, crops, and industry standards Teaching or assessor qualifications are welcomed but not essential Why Become a Lecturer?
