The Role

You will handle a varied and engaging workload of leasehold enfranchisement matters, acting for a wide range of clients including leaseholders, landlords, managing agents and developers. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ–5 PQE solicitor looking to grow their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in handling complex leasehold enfranchisement matters
• Ability to provide accurate, up-to-date legal advice on:
• Collective enfranchisement
• Lease extensions
• Right of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987
• Right to Manage under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002
• Proficiency in managing tribunal or court applications when required
• A proactive approach and desire to contribute to the firm’s growth and continued success
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
