What You'll Be Doing

Provide tailored support to students in one-on-one and group settings Work closely with teachers and specialists to boost learning outcomes Monitor progress and share feedback to help students succeed. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment Assist with implementing EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role (Optional) Background in healthcare or care work is a bonus Strong understanding of learning disabilities and effective support strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support What You'll Get in Return
