Learning Support Assistant - Secondary School Location: London Hours: Full-time Start: 1st September 2025
We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school team. The role involves supporting students with learning or behavioural needs to help them engage with the curriculum and succeed in class.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted support in lessons or small groups
Follow structured learning plans under teacher guidance
Promote focus and participation
Assist with behaviour and classroom routines
Requirements:
Experience with young people (education, youth work, or similar)
Practical, adaptable, and dependable
Good communication and teamwork skills
