Learning Support Assistant - Southwark - Immediate Start Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Southwark . This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately and continuing through to the end of the academic year. In this vital role, you will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) , working both within the classroom and in small group settings. You'll collaborate closely with teachers to adapt lessons, implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) , and help create an environment where all students can thrive. What we're looking for: Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting
