Learning Support AssistantLocation: Wembley\n Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm\n Pay: £90–£110 per day\n\nWe are working in partnership with a secondary school in Wembley to recruit a dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to support students with a range of learning needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).\n\nThis role involves working across both the school’s SEN provision and mainstream classrooms, supporting pupils as they transition between settings based on their individual progress and needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide tailored academic, social, and emotional support to students with SEN and EHCPs\n\nSupport the delivery of personalised learning interventions\n\nEncourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement in learning\n\nAssist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment\n\nWork closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals\n\nSupport pupils as they move between SEN provision and mainstream lessons\n\nThe Ideal Candidate:\nPatient, proactive, and flexible in approach\n\nPassionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential\n\nConfident supporting a range of learning needs\n\nA strong team player with good communication skills\n\nPrevious experience in a school or SEN setting is desirable\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming school through a supportive agency that values quality placements and long-term relationships.\n\nWe have a policy to respond to all applications within three working days.
