What You’ll Be Doing:
One-to-one and small group support: Help children with additional needs access learning and work towards their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets. In-class support: Assist teaching staff in adapting and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons. Encouraging independence: Support pupils in building self-esteem, life skills, and resilience.
