⭐ Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
Support KS2 pupils in their learning, growth and confidence
Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential
Work closely with Leeds-based teachers and SEND teams
Encourage positive behaviour and help create a fun, engaging classroom
Be a reliable, caring presence pupils can look up to
What We’re Looking For as a Learning Support Assistant:
Experience supporting children (school, tutoring, youth work, volunteering)
A positive, nurturing approach – proud to represent Leeds community spirit
Great communication and teamwork skills
