Learning Support Assistant - Wiltshire

We're looking for Learning Support Assistants across Wiltshire to join specialist SEMH schools, alternative learning provisions and residential schools. These roles suit someone who's practical, level-headed and able to build rapport quickly - especially with young people who respond best to consistency, clear boundaries and a grounded approach.

The Role - Learning Support Assistant
You'll be:

Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs
Guiding young people through both structured learning and practical, hands-on activities
Providing a strong, steady presence in lessons, around the school and during outdoor tasks
Working within a supportive team that values resilience, teamwork and reliabilitySettings include:

SEMH schools
Alternative Learning Provisions (ALPs)
Residential education settings
Pupil Referral Units (PRU)
