Responsibilities
Support the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet the needs of pupils with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech or language difficulties
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and achievement Work closely with teachers, families, and external specialists to implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Provide focused one-to-one and small group interventions for students needing additional support Foster a classroom atmosphere of encouragement, patience, and r...
