Tradewind Education is working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Camden to recruit a Learning Support Assistant for a full-time temporary role from January 2026 through to July 2026.

About the Role:

Provide in-class support to pupils across the primary age range

Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and engagement

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

Support pupils with additional learning needs where required

Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working in a primary school setting (desirable)

A proactive, patient, and supportive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A passion for supporting children's learning and development
