£500 - £560 per week Responsibilities As the Learning Support Assistant, support pupils within a KS2 class during lessons and structured activities Work alongside the class teacher to support learning, engagement and independence Provide targeted support to individuals or small groups when required Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and participation in learning Contribute to the smooth running of the classroom and daily routines Requirements Experience supporting pupils as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school setting.
