Academics are proud to be working alongside a warm, inclusive, and well-regarded primary school in Westminster, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from January. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners at a crucial stage of their development, helping them build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.\n\nLocation: Primary School, Westminster\n Start Date: January / February 2026 start\n Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday\n Salary: £95-£100 per day (dependent on experience)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide tailored classroom support to pupils and teachers within the Early Years setting\n\nSupport children with their learning, development, and emotional well-being\n\nPromote inclusive learning and positive behaviour strategies\n\nAssist with both classroom-based and wider school activities\n\nHelp create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment\n\nWork collaboratively with teachers to support pupil progress\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExperience supporting children within a school or similar educational setting\n\nA committed Learning Support Assistant with a genuine passion for Early Years education\n\nGraduates with a proactive and positive approach are encouraged to apply\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nEnhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)\n\nIf you are an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant ready to make a meaningful difference in a supportive Westminster primary school, apply today with your up-to-date CV.
