Whilst working closely with class teachers and other professionals, your duties as a Learning Support Assistant will include:
Providing support to pupils with a range of needs Supporting pupils inside or outside of the classroom Monitoring progress and relaying feedback to staff and parents Building trusting relationships Supporting with a range of teaching and learning - academic, play, sensory etc Identifying behaviours and helping to regulate emotions Why choose Long Term Futures?
