This role is vital in supporting Serco’s partnerships with external suppliers to deliver quality apprenticeship training. Here at Serco, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Learning Partnerships Administration to join our Management Information Systems (MIS) team. This role is vital in supporting Serco’s partnerships with external suppliers to deliver quality apprenticeship training. You will manage Leisure apprenticeships, handle administration of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), oversee the levy transfer process to SMEs, and maintain key MIS and CRM systems.
Your role will involve regular communication with internal teams, external customers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure smooth operation and compliance across apprenticeship activities.
As Part Of This You’ll
- Administer Leisure Trust apprenticeships, including onboarding delivery partners, learner recruitment, enrolment, and managing apprenticeship service accounts (cohorts, approvals, and levy fund monitoring).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure quality delivery and customer-focused service.
- Monitor supplier performance and learner progress while ensuring compliance with all regulatory, funding, and contractual requirements.
- Manage data entry, coding, and accurate record-keeping across MIS and CRM systems to track apprenticeships from enquiry through to achievement.
- Oversee contracts, SLAs, and the digital apprenticeship service (DAS) for levy transfers, including approvals, monitoring, and external employer engagement.
- Support system improvements, policy updates, and ensure compliance with data security standards and GDPR.
- Experience in third-party account management.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and apprenticeship service cohort administration.
- Proficient in MIS and CRM software use.
- Experience in public sector education/skills environments with a strong grasp of data management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage small projects.
- Strong communication skills, including negotiating, influencing, and presentation capabilities.
- Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and demonstrate flexibility.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
