About the Role
We're recruiting for a Learning and Development Programme Manager to support the implementation and delivery of training and development through the employee life cycle. We are passionate about investing in our people and fostering a culture of continuous learning. As our Learning and Development Programme Manager, you will support global strategic and customised development programmes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure learning practices align with our strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing L&D programmes, preferably within a global organization, and hands-on experience in applying training theories for soft skills development. Strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and attention to detail are essential. A qualification in adult education, learning, or CIPD is beneficial.

Your Key Responsibilities
Training Support
- Designing and delivering various learning activities globally
- Engaging with external training providers and coordinating courses
- Reporting on training effectiveness and identifying further needs
Training Development
- Supporting professional development and talent management activities
- Facilitating induction and ongoing training programs
- Assisting with soft skills development aligned with personal and strategic goals
Training Effectiveness
- Providing data for training needs analysis
- Marketing and communicating training programs
- Reporting aligned with company strategy
Training Frameworks and Systems
- Supporting global training curriculum development
- Utilising digital learning tools effectively
- Managing training logistics and recording in LMS
Qualifications / Requirements
Essential
- Over 3 years of experience as a Learning and Development Programme Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and LMS platforms
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and evaluation methodologies
- Understanding of e-learning platforms
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively across cultures
Desirable
- CIPD or adult learning qualification
- Experience in the IT distribution channel
