Our client is seeking an L&D Partner to join their team in Derbyshire.Working as the L&D partner, you’ll work with the existing HR function to support the leadership team in managing development programs, implementing internal training schemes and driving the businesses apprenticeship scheme. This is a hands on role which will require an L&D partner who can quickly establish relationships with internal teams and deliver high quality, hands on learning experiences across all levels of the organisation.Key Responsibilities for the role include:Managing relationships with external learning providers, ensuring quality and valueSupporting with the design, delivery and coordination of leadership and management programmes.Develop and support talent programs ensuring all learners experience a smooth and consistent learning experience.Collaborate with the HR team to drive and promote a strong culture of learning and development within all areas of the business.Managing the associated administration with staff training, learning and development.To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate:-Previous experience working within a Learning and Development role. Manufacturing/warehousing experience would be desirable.Experience in delivering leadership and management programsKnowledge of apprenticeships, ideally with experience of working with external providers.A collaborative approach to learning and development.This role is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office, our clients vision for this role is that you’ll be on site for at least 60% of the time in order to establish a presence, understand the business and build strong internal relationships.The role is 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday
