• Contract: Maternity Leave Cover (Approx 4 months)

• Salary: £25,517.48 (per annum)
• Hours: Full time (37.5 days per week)

This is a hybrid positionbased at our Head Office in Thame every Monday and Tuesday.

Are you proactive, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and eager to get stuck in? We are seeking a Learning & Development Assistant Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it)

As the Learning & Development Assistant Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Learning & Development team by providing administrative and coordination assistance, including:

• Managing data and maintaining accurate records
• Adding courses to systems, monitoring attendance, and ensuring compliance
• Serving as the first point of contact for support phone calls and emails
• Processing bookings and cancellations as required
• Coordinating with internal facilitators and supporting external training providers
• Booking and organising venues, equipment, and catering for training sessions
• Assisting with reporting
• Maintaining funding and external programme logs

We are searching for someone who is passionate about helping others and enjoys being

• Be a quick learner with experience in working with various systems (familiarity with iTrent and/or Docebo is a plus!)
• Be comfortable multitasking and managing different priorities to meet deadlines
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently while demonstrating initiative
