A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join a high-performing people team. In this role you will shape and embed a consistent and effective learning and development framework across the organisation and will have a key role to play in talent development and retention. Key Responsibilities:Embedding competency frameworks into all stages of the employee lifecycleIdentifying learning needs at organisational, team, and individual levelsEvaluating the effectiveness of training and ensuring measurable performance improvementsCoordinating and enhancing the employee review processesAnalysing people data to drive evidence-based decisionsProducing reports and insights to support workforce planning and talent developmentSupporting the design and delivery of HR-related trainingManaging the training calendar and learning recordsOverseeing e-learning platformsHelping to foster a coaching culture across the businessSupporting the development of structured career and development pathwaysAssisting in talent identification and succession planningCoordinating programmes for apprentices, trainees, and graduatesTo be considered for this role it is essential that you have a bredth of experience across learning & development, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to analyse data.
