Qualifications
Close to 10 years of experience in Leadership & Culture projects, at least 3–5 years in recent consulting roles. Significant client management and business development experience or sales. Consulting experience, ideally in leadership & culture solutions services. Proven record of working within a global organization. Experience in some/all of the following Leadership & Culture service solutions offerings: Team effectiveness; Culture change; Leadership development; Leadership/Executive Coaching and Advisory; Talent transformation; Workshop design and facilitation. Preferred but not a requirement: University degree in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field or equivalent levels of skill and knowledge.
