They are seeking a Lead Senior Engineer to combine hands-on technical delivery with team leadership, shaping architecture, driving engineering standards, and mentoring a high-performing development team. This role will play a key part in modernising practices, improving quality, and supporting the continued evolution of a scalable AWS-based platform.
