MERITUS are delighted to be supporting a leading specialist in Operational Technology and Digital Transformation within the Energy sector. We're searching for an experienced Lead Site Manager with a strong Electrical Engineering background to oversee the safe, high-quality delivery of Protection, Control, Automation and Electrical installation projects across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering critical infrastructure projects across transmission substations, power generation, renewables, industrial energy systems and large-scale automation environments. You will play a key leadership role, driving standards in safety, installation quality, commissioning, and site delivery performance.
The role is primarily based between the Stone office and client sites nationwide.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and manage site delivery of Protection, Control, Automation and Electrical installations to required safety, quality and CDM standards.
Coordinate multi-discipline site teams and subcontractors across installation and commissioning phases.
Chair pre-start, progress and client coordination meetings, producing clear documentation and reporting.
