Lead Salesforce Engineer - Insurance - Permanent- Hybrid We are seeking a number of Lead Salesforce Engineers to join our client, a major Health insurance client, on a permanent basis via the Robert Walters Consultancy. The preferred office location is Tunbridge Wells, however candidates can be based out of our client's other offices including Bristol, Manchester, leeds, Leicester and Glasgow. Our client is focused on building out their Digital Platform, centred around Salesforce, but involving a significant .NET estate and use of Azure services.

Responsibilities: Leading a product engineering team, taking ownership of meeting delivery outcomes as per our transformation roadmap Working within the Engineering Leadership Team to set the Engineering strategy and delivering on it Spending a large amount of your time being hands-on with the code, eg reviewing Pull Requests and ensuring best practices are followed by both full time and third-party engineers.
