to join a well-established engineering business delivering major

industrial, petrochemical and infrastructure projects

across the

EMEA region . This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially strong

Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS

to take ownership of the financial and contractual management of complex engineering and construction projects from early planning through to completion. Youll play a key role in

cost control, contract administration, procurement, forecasting, variations and commercial reporting , supporting major projects across

industrial, chemical and process plant environments . The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the successful commercial delivery of large-scale projects across complex engineering environments. Your responsibilities will include: Managing project costs from early planning through to final account Supporting

contract administration , procurement and subcontract management Producing accurate

forecasts, cost reports and commercial updates Managing

variations, change control and financial reporting Supporting cost estimating and budget control across multiple live projects Working closely with engineering, delivery and project teams across the EMEA region Helping ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining quality and compliance standards Why Join? construction cost management

and

contract administration Experience managing budgets on large-scale

commercial, civil engineering, industrial or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of

construction processes, cost estimating and contract management Strong commercial judgement, communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel internationally Why Apply?
