Role Title: Lead Project Manager Location: Derby Sites Reports to: Operations Manager Role Purpose: Responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects for various Rolls Royce sites. As part of the role the Lead Project Manager will ensure that the projects are delivered to meet Integral & Rolls Royce’s standards in regard to health, safety, quality, cost and programme, whilst complying as a Principal Contractor with current CDM legislation. This includes compliance with MS18 and CSO6 Rolls Royce standards. You must be qualified in a related trade, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, roofing etc. Lead Project Manager Responsibilities: * You will have responsibility for the execution of a portfolio of projects with potential values between £50k to £15m, across various Rolls Royce sites in Barnoldswick. * You will provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery teams (including sub-contractors and suppliers), promoting behavioural safety improvements and ensuring mandatory reporting of KPI's, Good Catches/Near Misses (GC/NM), accidents and incidents are carried out in line with procedures.
