ABOUT THE TEAM:

You will be joining the Member Accession Marketing (MAM) Business Area. Our mission is to attract small businesses to Tide, convert them efficiently through best-in-class onboarding experiences, and guide them toward adopting additional products that deliver value.

The role is for the Post-Onboarding Vertical where we focus on optimizing the journey in the first 30 days after a business joins Tide—ensuring that each member starts their journey with the right product experience, tailored to their specific business needs. Our goal is to drive product adoption and increase lifetime value (LTV) by identifying the next best product for every type of business we onboard.

ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:

The first 30 days of a member’s experience are critical to long-term engagement. In this role, your key challenge will be to define what the ideal post-onboarding experience looks like for new members, across different business types.
