This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on technical depth, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, regulatory alignment, and platform performance at scale. What Youll Be Doing Define and maintain end-to-end platform resilience strategies aligned with regulatory and industry standards. Provide architectural leadership across multiple OpenShift clusters. Work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to align design decisions and delivery. Lead workshops, design reviews, and technical and business stakeholder sessions. Guide teams on HA, DR, failover, security hardening, and performance tuning. Embed resilience into CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automated deployments.
