The Role: You'll lead from the front - supporting a small engineering team while staying close to the kit across mixing, batching & filling production lines.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and supporting a team of multi-skilled engineers Driving a proactive maintenance culture (not reactive) Acting as the go-to technical expert (electrical & mechanical) Working with Siemens PLCs (fault finding level) Delivering and driving continuous improvement (CI) Championing health & safety and engineering standards What we're looking for:

Current Team Leader / Supervisor OR a strong engineer ready to step up FMCG or similar process background Experience with pipework, mixing or filling systems Strong electrical skills + PLC exposure Someone who can lead, influence and improve - not just maintain What's in it for you?
